Welcome Back! This will be a short week. We will not have a spelling list this week and a reminder that the Math homework folders are due Oct. 27. Hopefully all is going well with the folders , we had many postive comments from parents and the students themselves!

~ Next week, the students will be bringing home a Language Arts folder that will be due the following Monday. Please make sure that your child corrects their work from the previous week if they haven't done so already in class.
~ School Picture orders should be in by this Friday.
~ Please continue to send in any Pringle cans and pennies for the Invisible Children penny drive. We can also use any extra pieces of fabric that you may have, especially for Halloween and Christmas.

We are now in October and well under way. Just a few reminders for the following weeks ahead.

~ The Grade 3/4 Math Homework is due by Oct. 27, if they finish before then, they can hand it in at anytime.

~ The students will also be bringing home today Langauage Arts homework. This will usually be due on Mondays, but since this Monday is a holiday, it will be due back to school this Friday.

~ We will have our weekly spelling test on Friday and the students should be practicing their words each night as this week is Thanksgiving words and a bit trickier.

~The class has been learning about Canada and we have reviewed and practiced learning the provinces and capitals we will also be learning the province's capitals. We will have a short quiz on Thursday, they can use the back of their agenda to look at to learn them.
